Scottish Wedding Venue

While the G & A has been a venue for wedding receptions for at least 150 years (when part of the building was a church) the management team can boast that we have helped to make a success of over 3000 weddings in our collective careers and look forward to celebrating your special day.

The Suites The Scott Room can hold up to 40 guests for a sit down meal and 40 - 50 guests for a reception. Its oak beamed ceiling and panel walls make this a particularly popular cosy venue for small winter receptions.

The Waverley Room can hold up to 100 guests for a formal meal and 120 for a reception. It's high ceiling makes it a light and airy room that can be sub-divided by means of curtains to provide a pleasant venue for receptions of smaller numbers. Many guests have remarked on its versatility. With a large permanent dance floor as well as direct access to the rose garden the Waverley is a popular venue for wedding receptions.
